ideal base for exploring marrakech's vibrant sights and parks

My stay was fantastic. I loved that I was just a 15-minute walk from the bustling Jemaa el-Fna and so close to beautiful spots like Cyber Park where I could unwind while soaking in the landscape, making each day of wandering around the city feel effortless and enjoyable.

Strongly recommend for a weekend trip

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a beautiful rooftop offering stunning city views. the breakfast selection included fresh Moroccan breads and a variety of jams that made each morning special, and the hotel is conveniently located just 5 km from the nearest airport.

While the breakfast was almost decent, I was astounded that the pool was so cold it was practically a bath for polar bears. Had I known, I wouldn’t have bothered to pack my swimsuit. I was expecting a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but that’s too much to ask, apparently! Absoluteley disappointing.

The Superior Suite offers high ceilings and a unique architectural charm that makes the space feel grand. The air conditioning works well, ensuring comfort despite the heat outside.

The shower head looked quite old, which contributed to water splashing onto the adjacent wash basins, making them wet. Operating the air conditioning unit was a hassle. it was built into a cabinet too high to reach easily, complicating adjustments. Additionally, there was no bar available despite it being advertised, and drink options were limited, leading to a shop run on the second night due to a lack of supplies. The mattress was quite firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep, especially for someone with joint issues.

My stay at Riad Esmeralda was absolutely delightful. The staff, especially Youssef, were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was fresh, served beautifully, and I loved enjoying it on the stunning rooftop.

However, ladies, that pool could chill a penguin—bring your winter gear! And don't get me started on the towels. they seemed more like sandpaper than comfort!

This place was just a strong match for a fleeting trip in Marrakesh with definitely value for money. The staff was super accommodating and delivered breakfast to our room, making mornings pleasant. Look for local signs to find it easily.

The Deluxe Room was super comfy and cozy. The beds were really nice, and the fresh linen made a big difference for a good night’s sleep. Loved the charming decor—it felt like a real Moroccan retreat! Plus, the little touches like daily room cleaning were great. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small for a longer stay, especially with luggage.

Outstanding service and a delightful rooftop breakfast! And the location was perfect, just a stroll away from charming cafés and key sights. The staff truly made us feel at home throughout our stay.

However, the common areas could benefit from more space for relaxation.
